This projet, started in november 2011, aims at promoting bioinformatics software and resources developed by INRIA teams and their partners. A web portal will be deployed to allow users to test the software online. A tool is also developed to enhance the search of a specific resource using different criteria.

ECS is a French metagenomics 3 years ANR project that started in 2012. It aims at characterizing and understanding the relationships between microorganisms and plant roots in symbioses. Plants cultural methods would be then better understood. To reach this objective, 16S RNA data are sampled and sequenced within different experimental conditions.

Using motif enrichment analyses, Frédéric Chalmel and his colleagues identified regulatory promoter elements likely involved in germline development. They constructed a regulatory disease network for human fertility by integrating expression signals, interactome information, phenotypes and functional annotation data.
The Chalmel team acknowledges the GenOuest facility for the GermOnline systems administration.

We have worked on our web site to give you a better access to our services and a nicer interface.
We hope you will enjoy it!
You will also find at the top of the web site a status of our cluster as well as its current load. It is an indicator to help you decide if it is time (or not) to launch your jobs.
A new private cloud, based on open source software (Open Nebula), is available on the platform. All GenOuest users can take advantage of this, for free. This include compute nodes (EC2) and storage (S3). Continue reading
